The Plot

Amanda is rescued by a group of agents sent by Murdoch's rival, who also wants to get his hands on the serum. They take her to a nearby hospital, where she meets Jackson (Linden Ashby), an agent who was once her lover.
Amanda and Jackson decide to team up and stop Murdoch from getting the serum. They track down the mercenaries to an abandoned factory, where they find out that Murdoch has already arrived and injected himself with the serum. However, the serum has a side effect: it causes rapid cell degeneration and mutation. Murdoch transforms into a monstrous creature and attacks everyone in sight.
Amanda and Jackson manage to escape from the factory and encounter the anaconda, which has grown even bigger and stronger. They use explosives and fire to fight off the snake, but it proves to be too resilient. They eventually lure it into a minefield, where it is blown up by a landmine.
Amanda and Jackson survive the ordeal and share a kiss. They are then picked up by a helicopter sent by Murdoch's rival. However, as they fly away, they see another giant anaconda emerging from the ground.
